In other words, the program is trying to 'define' Bush's argument for him by criminalizing the 'idea' of illegal aliens. Somehow I am supposed to believe the Supreme Court will back a bill that won't hold water past the Fourteenth Amendment.

Lou Dobbs. If control of our borders is some of the answer then the point he makes in that Homeland Security is a shame. Correct. But, a Secretary of the Cabinet cannot provide the diplomatic relations with Mexico to secure our borders with cooperation from Mexico. I doubt if that cooperation will be forthcoming.
