It has been over a week since Aaron Brown has personally welcomed his viewership to NewsNight as a Pre-Program 'ad' segment. This has been his habit with his viewership since the inception of the program.
With Monday being a Holiday and perhaps Aaron was off for that holiday is was understandable he was absent from his news hour. So, tonight Aaron has off when no one else is. Fine. It would be nice if he could say I'm taking a few days off but be sure and tune in as ....will be anchoring in my absence.
Decency. Common decency.
It just seems so much NOT like, Aaron.
Actually, he is not 'off' he is pre-empted. But, he is pre-empted only after being substitutied with an hour long program about identitiy theft. It is still a quandry why that all happened in the first place except lately Ms. Bigot likes her 'traveling road show.'
How cozy.
At any rate, there has to be a schedule this ? team ? follows and there is still no common courtesy to the audience.
8:44 PM This thing is really evolving, isn't it? Larry King states Aaron is off tonight. So, he's not really pre-empted as that is a matter of symmantics. Sorta. So, Aaron of course knew he was going to be off tonight. That still leaves us with the Self-Righeous Rudeness of Ms. Bigot von Zwieten to 'keep everyone guessing.' Strung along as if she has the right to treat others in such a minimized esteem of themselves and the virtues of NewsNight. Manipulative to the end or should I say 'an end.' It's that lingering question of 'what is at 'the end' that is of interest here.
