I want to know, of these cases being acted on by the FBI regarding so called terrorists that have no concrete proof of their ability to carry out a plot; how long have they been under surveillance?
Were they about to be terminated under FISA court regulations because their longevity was actually becoming an issue of 'privacy' vs. 'evidence?'
