Credits for the ads for NewsNight has been changed and the announcement was "Anderson Cooper tonight for NewsNight at 10PM."
It would seem as though the anchor's announcement is still missing.
It would prove to be an interesting two hours. Caucasian. Christian. And unilaterally political.
3:45 pm - Better, the announcement simpy introduced "NewsNight" at 10PM, but, the correct title is "NewsNight with Aaron Brown." We have yet to hear from the anchor.
4:17 pm - The egotists finally got it right. "At ten o'clock, Aaron Brown and Anderson Cooper on NewsNight." The Billing was correct on the visuals as well. It was all recorded. We still haven't heard from the anchor. Don't screw it up again. I don't like sitting out here babysitting morons that don't understand respect. But, I'll do it every day and I don't care what comes of the destiny of a program that is supposed to be dead serious in it's approach regarding the news it reports. That has been the case since the inceoption of NewNight. I don't appreciate any nonsense. I thought it was on track until of late !! I don't have time for stupidity.
7:56 pm - The computerized announcement of NewsNight without the benefit of Aaron's personal address of the issues, yet, Anderson Cooper invites his audience to join him at 10 pm. And what do they do to people at CNN, Paula Zahn is grayer than Cooper. Oppression and obviously an agenda. Propanda and their desire to control the message rather than deliver the news. There is nothing like live TV. Reality televison is not CNN's forte'.
8:16 pm - Another computerized message and at this point without an e-mail one is left in quandry to wonder if Aaron is indeed still in his anchor seat.
8:26 pm - ditto
8:56 pm - ditto
8:57 pm - different footage of Katrina promising to be to make a greater spectical than the one it was over the last month and more. I don't know how that is as the death toll to date is over 1200, but, hey someone wants to make show business of tragedy then who am I to judge.
The 'message' today was delivered when it could 'hit' the soft targets of women with the most exposure of the Katrina tragedy during Paula Zahn NOW and the breach between Zahn NOW and Larry King Live. Further proof of the 'message' and not the importance of the messenger in an agenda of control of fear and terror and sympathy.
I have been a target of religious bigotry. This is a diary.

The continued discrimination continues by CNN
My "Crystal" Ball
Eventually, the oldsters of CNN will be permanently replaced with younger but familiar faces with more extreme Christian views doing the government's propaganda bidding. That fact was completely obvious when John King replaced Wolf Blitzer in "The Situation Room" the other day and it was the most three terrifying hours I have witnessed in some time since Osama bin Laden came to visit on the USA.
Eventually, Aaron Brown will be replaced by a cute littel ass like Erica Hill so that the program will be the night time edition of American Morning.
Age discrimination but also the complete elimination of any religious tone but Christian except when they stand in ridicule of others as witnessed with "The Mothers of Beslan" segment.

The bigots of CNN have placed their White Wonder at 10 PM
It's unfortunate that cable news has as much clout that it does. For weeks if not months now CNN has been exerting age discrimination against Aaron Brown slowing muscling him out of the picture to his younger version, namely Anderson Cooper.
Aaron is prohited from signing e-mails and performing his pre-programming annoucements. They are oppressing Aaron's talents to promote a younger version and now Cooper is grandstanding at NewsNight.
To exhibit the extent this news network demonstrates bigotry as well, last night they ran a segment regarding a Russian Cult around the Children of Beslan. They didn't bother to realize that cults exist even in the Roman Cahtolic Church. If Catholics can say they have seen of visions such as 'Fatima' then the Russian mothers can say they have seen visions of their own children.
Then treating the public as a 'bother' to their aspiring star,
Anderson Cooper canceling local appearance

CNN reporter Anderson Cooper, who's spent the past month covering the devastation left behind after hurricanes Katrina and Rita, won't be making a report this weekend in Michigan City as scheduled.
Cooper, 38, the son of fashion designer Gloria Vanderbilt and host of "Anderson Cooper 360" on CNN, was to kick off the annual Sinai Forum lecture season Sunday in Michigan City.
However, his reporting assignments forced him to cancel according to the event's organizers, who described the situation as "disappointing."
The event will continue as planned with CNN reporter Soledad O'Brien, host of "American Mornings" filling in for Cooper. The lecture begins at 7:30 p.m. at Elston Middle School, 317 Detroit St., in Michigan City.
Previous Sinai Forum speakers include Robert Kennedy Jr., Dr. Ruth Westheimer, James Carville and wife Mary Matalin and Chris Matthews. For more information, visit www.sinaiforum.org.
CNN pulled Cooper from the Sinai Forum to supstitute a Christian instead.
But, hey, with a million dollar baby as their savior for ratings why not substitute the public only entitled to admire from a far.
Bidding For Anderson Cooper's Memoirs Passes $1 Million…

It looks like Anderson Cooper, the prematurely silver-maned CNN anchor who won plaudits for his searing coverage of Hurricane Katrina, is about to sign a rich book deal to write about his journalistic adventures.
The furious bidding - which has involved Hyperion, HarperCollins and Rodale Press, among others - hit $1 million last week, and I hear that Cooper's agent, Luke Janklow, is getting close to crossing t's and dotting i's with a generous publisher.

DISCIMINATION is minimally the expertise of CNN.
