It's astounding the 'timing' that surrounds the 'appearance' of Osama in regard to events of this administration.

The Train Bombing in Madrid followed within days by a country wide election whereby the NEW administration was ANTI-War. The Spanish decided to concentrate on 'National Security' rather than 'taking the fight to the enemy.' They were right.

FBI fingerprint examiners were reluctant to admit that they had mistakenly linked an Oregon lawyer to the 2004 Madrid train bombings in part because he was a Muslim convert and had represented a terrorism defendant in court, according to a report released yesterday by the Justice Department's inspector general.
The 20-page summary report by Inspector General Glenn A. Fine said that Brandon Mayfield's religion "was not the sole or primary cause" of the FBI Laboratory's mistaken identification of him, but it contributed to the bureau's reluctance to reexamine conclusions in the case.

WASHINGTON - The FBI's overconfidence in its fingerprint examiners led the bureau to falsely link a Portland lawyer to the 2004 Madrid train bombings, and the man's religion - Islam - was a factor in delaying his release, the Justice Department's inspector general concluded Friday.
REALIZE THIS :
See, the FISA Court requires 'reporting' on a regular basis in order to CONTINUE 'wiretaps.' So although they nearly always allow the requests by the intelligence agencies, agencies have to 'report back' to the FISA Court on a regular basis to be sure the agencies aren't abusing their warrants. Without a court order Bush has removed the REQUIREMENT of reporting PROGRESS every ten days to a judge to continue to justify the wiretapping.
It is called 'Checks and Balances' as required by the USA Constitution, Amendement Four.

LONDON, England (AP) - Anti-terrorist police arrested a 27-year-old man in connection with the attempted July 21 bombings on London's transit network, police said yesterday.
Police raided two homes and a business in western London after the man was detained at 11:40 am (1140 GMT), said a spokesman for London's Metropolitan police.
THE PROBLEM with the terrorist attacks, besides their obvious tragedy, is the way the current administration and House seek to EXPLOIT the events to their favor. Shortly after the London Bombings the exploitation of tragedy occurred AGAIN in a Zealous attempt to further the Repuglican Cause of exploitation of the USA. So on the Heels of London to override the 'sunset' provision of the Patriot Act:
"On July 21, 2005, the House of Representatives passed HR3199, the USA PATRIOT and Terrorism Prevention Reauthorization Act of 2005, which would have removed certain sunset clauses entirely rather than renewing them or allowing them to be enacted. Of course, there was the appearance of Osama just days before the USA Elections in 2004.
Then there was today. It was amazing to watch as if Bush/Cheney didn't know Osama was going to make his appearance today to enhance the release of Bush's White Papers to try to justify his treason against the USA.
It was about 3:15 pm today when the first web serve annouced 'bin's message. That was followed by all the other services by about 30 minutes. Some of the web services took longer to report the issue completely rather than in 'drip-trickle' fashion.
It was then the report of Bush's White Paper appeared on the e-page of The New York Times.
Hm.
I am confident Cheney's speech today and Bush's White Paper was no coincidence with Osama's appearance. The Bush White House is hoping to 'scare' the living wits out of the people of this country 'into their camp' rather than the direction of the US Constitution. I am confident whatever 'USA Intelligence' exists in Dubai, UAE, where al Jazeera conducts it's business, had advanced knowledge of this broadcast. I don't believe al Jazeera notified Bush or timed the release of all this material to the American Public. Although anything is possible. More than likely there is espionage within al Jazeera. I mean look at the fraud that went along with the documentation to justify the charges against Iraq regarding Yellow Cake in Africa. There is a lot of illegal zealotry on all fronts.
The best news out today was the fact Patrick Leahy came out against Alito. I am quite confident this nominee is scrutinized due to the 'illegal' nature of this administration.
Today was just more of the same criminal intent by Bush/Cheney.
Timing is everything.
Simply amazing, the way 'Al Qaeda' seems to accommodate Bush's agenda so well.
Hm.
So the question comes to mind, will AC360 values human life over terrorists? Will Jill be the center of attention or will Osama?

TOMS RIVER — Steven Goldstein, reacting angrily to Ocean County's refusal to allow a dying police lieutenant to leave her pension benefits to her domestic partner, said gay activist groups will spend whatever it takes to unseat the freeholders.
"We are going to pour in a ton of money," said Goldstein, chairman of Garden State Equality, a gay and lesbian rights activist organization. "These people really don't know. We are not done when Laurel Hester dies."
Hester, 49, retired as a county police lieutenant Jan 1. She is in a hospice near death from inoperable lung cancer and was unable to attend the meeting Wednesday. But Goldstein played a videotape of her final plea.
So, in realizing 'Osama' is running scared by proof that he retaliated in verbal threats after the attacks within Pakistan as well as countering Rumsfeld 's claim about ten days ago of his death as well as an extensive belief by a British authority, it should be laughable to realize how deeply Anderson has fallen into the Bush/Cheney/Rove plans for his cooperation in terrorizing the people he should seek to protect.
It is a darn shame. Bush is supposed to unhold 'Domestic Tranquility' rather than nuturing a "Culture of Fear" while proporting "It will happen again."
Well. If the prophesy of the incompetent is to come true then Osama certainly seems to think he can accommodate it.
