An unprecedented display of four oil commercials were displayed tonight in retaliation of my activism regarding this bigotry/racism. The oil companies were Kerr-McGee, BP and Exxonmobile.
She is a nasty person.
This was my answer to her anger. She hasn't had a 'fit' in awhile. I guess I am not behaving the way I am supposed to as a good Jew friend of Aaron. Gee, too bad. My priorities are right and I won't compromise my advocacy for any issue that is globally correct.

This is interesting - Kerr McGee as slick as the oil they pump.
Kerr-McGee entered into an agreement to purchase a thorium plant.
The thorium plant was owned by a company being sued for cancer causing employment leading to death.

"From prior to the turn of the 20th century continuing until 1940, the Welsbach Incandescent Light Company maintained and operated a factory in Gloucester City, New Jersey, for manufacturing incandescent gas mantles, a process involving extracting thorium from monazite ores."
Kerr-McGee won in a lower court in that they were not liable due to the fact they inherited the toxins from the sale and was not the company of true liability.
I am not going to get into the particulars but basically the company was purchased by Kerr-McGee due to it's judgement liability. The Appelant Courts reversed the judgement for Kerr-McGee to be held responsible for the liabilty of the company they purchased in order for the first company to 'get away with it.'
III. CONCLUSION We will reverse the order of September 8, 1993, and will remand the matter to the district court for entry of a summary judgment in favor of Kerr-McGee.
THIS IS THE TYPE of judgement that will be in danger of turning against the Public Trust and Public Good with the nominations by Bush and a Puppet Senate.
