Both these storms were very atypical.

What causes Global Warming?

A President to ignorant to do anything about it and companies dedicated to profitting at the expense of lives like those of Halliburton and Kerr-McGee. Are these reputable companies? No. We all know about the exploitation of this government by Halliburton. Kerr-McGee products cause Global Warming.
